Why This Rotor

THERMACORE™ Treated Alloy
Our proprietary THERMACORE™ treatment increases the rotor's resistance to heat soak, thermal cracking, and pad fade under repeated high-load braking. The rear axle sees different thermal cycling than the front — and this treatment keeps the friction ring composed through every stop.

Two-Piece Semi-Floating Construction
Semi-floating bobbin hardware allows controlled thermal expansion between the friction ring and centre drum, reducing stress build-up and warping while maintaining the solid, predictable feel the rear axle needs for stability under trail-braking and load transfer.

Serviceable Steel Drum
The rear centre drum is manufactured from steel — chosen for its durability, integrated parking brake surface, and long service life. When the friction ring reaches the end of its wear cycle, the drum stays. Only the ring needs replacing, keeping long-term cost of ownership low without compromising strength.

Reduced Rotating Mass
Lighter than the OEM cast disc, reducing unsprung and rotational weight at the rear — improving suspension response and reducing strain on drivetrain components.
