Two-Piece Floating Construction
A forged aluminium centre hat is paired with the THERMACORE™ alloy friction ring via floating bobbin hardware. This allows the friction ring to expand and contract freely under thermal load — eliminating stress build-up, preventing warping, and killing the pedal pulsation that plagues single-piece OEM discs.

Rebuildable Design
When the friction ring reaches the end of its service life, you don't replace the entire rotor — just the ring. Lower long-term cost of ownership without compromising performance or safety.
