Two-Piece Floating Construction
Full-floating bobbin hardware allows controlled thermal expansion between the friction ring and aluminum hat, eliminating the stress build-up that causes warping, coning, and DTV in OEM single-piece rotors. The result — flatter rotors, more consistent pad contact, and a firmer pedal under sustained load.

Aluminum Hat
The front centre hat is precision-CNC machined from high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum — chosen for its light weight, corrosion resistance, and long service life. When the friction ring reaches the end of its wear cycle, the hat stays. Only the ring needs replacing, keeping long-term cost of ownership low without compromising strength.

Reduced Rotating Mass
