THERMACORE™ Treated Alloy
Our proprietary THERMACORE™ treatment increases the rotor's resistance to heat soak, thermal cracking, and pad fade under repeated high-load braking. The rear axle sees different thermal cycling than the front — and this treatment keeps the friction ring composed through every stop.

Two-Piece Semi-Floating Construction
Semi-floating bobbin hardware allows controlled thermal expansion between the friction ring and aluminum hat, reducing stress build-up and warping while maintaining the solid, predictable feel the rear axle needs for stability under trail-braking and load transfer.
